I find I always feel much more detached the day after a pity party. Well until the next little event rolls through and I need to pick myself up...again! It is getting easier though, on the whole, with smaller reactions from me as I can detach after the events quicker.
I`m with you on the small reactions SR! Yeah, it sure does help not to jump into full blown crazy mode when the Alien appears!
Good on ya with looking after your appearance MB! And go for the wedges I say. I pretty much freaked out on shoes after H flipped. One of the great things I did for me.Your H will notice too.
And yeah, I still get a little hot at the mere thought of Mark Ryan`s torso!That movie was a really good laugh!
