Ahhhh - Gardener,

You are a head tamer of note smile

You think I should let this run it's course?
Wait for W to wake up and stop the ball rolling?

Really REALLY drop the rope and let her see what a poo-hole she's getting herself into?

I was so looking at it as an opportunity to do a few things....

1. Give her the responsibility back - the woman at court DOES need to speak to her. One way or another.
2. Give her the choice of continuing with this cr@p or seeing some sense and dropping it.
3. Give ME the opportunity of listening and talking to her just that little bit.

BTW - I've been told that W will probably not come out with anything near as much as she's asking for/expecting. W has been working on and off. She's not disabled (apart from being SO apathetic). This is not part of a D settlement. It's meant as a way to give financial support until W finds work. She's been trying to do this for the last 5 months!

And looking at my budget and the 7 months of bank statements - no-one is going to say there is ANY spare cash. It's enough for a couple to live off but not two singles.

Sitting on a$$! She SAYS that she's going to waitress, pack fruit, endless other things but just doesn't. She SAYS that she's going back to Action Netball - and just doesn't.

Oh and I was really going to suggest W being dropped off at home during the day. Use the car, use the Internet, use the phone and be picked up later by "friend" before I get home.

Sandi, Serenity, Gardener - I hear you all saying the same thing....

"Let her work this out"

Let things she has started run their course. No texting, phone calls. No throwing help her way in ANY way? WAIT for her to start.

Correct?

Thats going to be so hard.

Ahhhhh - soddit.
