btw, one my my favorite Grass Roots songs is "Where Were You When I Needed You," and there's a great cover of it by the Bangles, if you've never heard it. It's one of those great "defiance" songs, like "Already Gone" by the Eagles, and "Time for Me to Fly" by REO Speedwagon.
