Just wanted to stop by and say 'hello'. I'm hangin' in there...ups and downs. Still don't know what the future holds. Physical separation has been 5 months now. Things are going pretty good with the kiddos. I am in some kind of shape! I've ridden my bicycle 346 miles in the last 8 days! I feel good and strong. They've been on vacation with their mom for a week, and I've had some time to hit it pretty hard...and I have been! I hope you're doin' OK. You're spread pretty thin right now...helping lots of folks! Good on you! I'll TTYL.
