Keep the focus on you and the positive changes you're making. Why not work on smoking and drinking less? If you're taking Wellbutrin, are you even supposed to be drinking?
I like how you pointed out that getting up, showering, doing your hair, getting dressed - started your day out in such a positive way. Keep that up! Jump out of bed, make the bed (less temptation to lay back down), and get yourself showered and ready every day. Baby steps -- and snap when your mind goes there.
