im sorry to hear about your sitch but am glad to hear that you're doing better! its nice to have support from people who are similar to my sitch (length of R/M, and S). I'm not sure when I'll reach a stage where I'm going to just stop trying. I wish I was at that stage now but since we haven't been S for that long, I know its going to take so much longer which I dread but it'll come eventually. I just have to be patient and take the bad days as just that...a bad day, not a bad week or month, just a day and try not to let it affect my progress.
