D1 was doing well this morning. Not as clingy, was playing peek-a-boo and smiling at me with her huge toothy grin.
My "cryptic" response yesterday is to note that I have read all correspondence between W's attorney and my old attorney. It is clear that she had no intention whatsoever of having her client follow the court ordered evaluation.
She filed all the motions against me as a smokescreen and in a retaliatory fashion because she knows she is in violation of a court order and doesn't want the Judge to find out about. She also knew my attorney wasn't going to press the issue.
So I fired him, and my new attorney has clean hands - and the Judge is only going to be looking at one person as to why the evaluation is not completed - W's attorney.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. I am the last person in the world... Puppy knows the rest.
