Hi Kat, just reading a bit of your thread. I think you are doing everything possible to take care of yourself. Healing takes time. It doesn't seem possible, but I have passed thru this experience and like the woman you met at the bank, I know that it's possible to move on, to learn from, and let go. The pain really does end, I have zero feelings for me ex at this point. Well I can't say zero cuz I do have some lingering disdain. Wish it were complete indifference, but I'll take some residual negative feelings to what I went thru when our m ended. Your parents are terrific. Good luck to you
Thanks ladies for dropping by. I noticed a mark on the inside of my arm yesterday. At first I thought it must be some chocolate or some goo from all the ice cream and cake we had!! But no, it is either a light mole or freckle and I kid you not, it is in the shape of a heart.
What to make of that.

Thanks that was sweet of you to say. I showed to my kids and D10 got all excited and said it is a heart!! No prompting or anything! lol
Went to look at cars last night but I will try to test drive 3 of them and narrow it down and then one more car to look at. I feel like a kid in a candy store but I really have to look at price too. S16 is going with me to see how he "fits" in the front and back since he is the tallest.
