Hi Sandi!

Just wanted to stop by and say 'hello'. I'm hangin' in there...ups and downs. Still don't know what the future holds. Physical separation has been 5 months now. Things are going pretty good with the kiddos. I am in some kind of shape! I've ridden my bicycle 346 miles in the last 8 days! I feel good and strong. They've been on vacation with their mom for a week, and I've had some time to hit it pretty hard...and I have been!
I hope you're doin' OK. You're spread pretty thin right now...helping lots of folks! Good on you!

Hi Antlers! I keep up with you reading your posts everywhere (lol). You are doing a good job here on the board and I'm so proud you have stayed to encourage others. I can't believe all that bike riding!! Makes me dizzy to think about it...lol. Great job....keep it up. Bet you look look good too! sandi, Saw your reply on Stuck's thread re: doctors, hormones, etc. Glad you found the right Dr.

If you ever need to, you can go through Life Extension Foundation (LEF.org). When I couldn't find a Dr., I ordered the panels I wanted through them (pretty cheap, too). Discussed with one of their doctors.

And they don't go by this "Reference Range For Your Age Group" stuff (who wants to be rated within a group that is proven demographically to be deficient/sub-par levels). LEF compares to, strives for Optimum Levels. But you probably already know about Optimum Levels from Ms Sommers.
