However, even with a glowing report from my counselor, stating there is absolutely no reason for me not to have custody of the children.... mind you she holds three master degrees.... the court decided it knew better.
S was not allowed to speak to the Judge, for it has been determined (by Dick of course) that S lies. D, who Dick believed wanted to stay in California, was allowed to speak to the Judge. Although Dick told both children (just in case S was allowed to speak to the Judge) that living with me was not an option.... he said it three times to both children. D believed Dick, so she stated all the reasons why she should stay in the Kansas school system.
S, because he will be 18 soon, argued with his Father, told him when he turns 18, will be the last time he ever sees him.... Dick relented and allowed S to stay in Kansas also.
Both children are again staying with separate families. My visitation went from two nights a week to one night a week, with an overnight every other Saturday, instead of once of week. Dick has all Christmases, all Sprng breaks and all summer visitations.... and I will continue with my one over night every other weekend. The best part, I have to have my house inspected before the over night with the Children.
D has to go back to California to finish out the summer, and will come back before school starts. S will remain here with his other family, which he is supposed to stay with until school is out.
I have to continue to pay the cell phone bills, all medical bills, all school expenses and $500/month, $250/child.

Someday they will prove that your judge is taking bribes. But that doesn't help you any. Your situation is unbelievable. I'm sorry that no one can help you.
Some day this will all come out in the wash... and Dick will get away with not paying child support. Not that it matters, but it's all that he was after.

Dick used to be an advid hunter, used to love venison. The Dick now hates the taste of venison, refuses to admit he'd consider hunting as a sport he once loved.
Just a few years ago he was trying to teach Jane to fish.... Dick doesn't fish anymore, but I still do! :-)
Dick is obnoxious about his cars.... in fact he pays $75 to have them cleaned. When they are at the beach, everybody has to strip off their beach clothes and put new ones on BEFORE getting into the car.
The history as told by Dick is so opposite of what reality was, it was he who owned the house we lived in (but it was really me) and it was me who was being evicted from the apartment. It's as he traded places with me.... it's very strange.
Yup, the story now is that I sold off portions of the farm, the kids inheritence, and not him going bankrupt and the bank foreclosing because of the lack of his payment.
The man is totally diluted...
