Thanks guys. I am mentally prepared and preparing to leave my home as part of the deal IF we can find a financially sound deal to do so. I love my kids but they come first. There is nothing left here anyway..it's an emotionally vacant wasteland. We don't talk. Texts are down to a minimal. She ignores me. Again....I am OK. My main stress is financial and the kids right now. Not her.
My STBXW is a part time hairdresser @ $30K per year. I am curious to see how she will support the house...which runs $75-100K to support each year including the mortgage. You guys can guess as well as I can. Whoever stays in the house is required to pay the mortgage and all the carrying charges.
