I trust you slept well and you are having a great day...All is good here...I woke up this morning out of sorts but I am trying to push that off...
The best advice I have gotten so far - Don't contact her for anything...Let her come to you...No texting, emailing, calling etc...She knows you love her...She knows you are there...She knows she can come back - You were told those things...She knows all this and it is time for you to detach a little more...Pull back and do your own thing...She will hear how you are through the grapevine...She will see you aren't contacting her and will then become curious as to why...
I know it is hard...It takes every ounce of self control that I have not to contact my H...Each morning I wake up and want to text him and see how he is...Where he is...What he is doing etc...But I can't (well I could but I won't)...He needs to know I don't need him...I want him however I no longer need him..I don't contact him for anything at all now...He went 7 days and then contacted me...I saw him on Saturday and haven't heard from him since...We have 2 kids and he doesn't even check on them right now...That is almost to painful to type...
Rant and rave all you want...Just not to her...Hell I will give you my email address and you can scream at me...Just drop the rope a little more with her...Let her flail around in her "happy life" and see what a wonderful treasure she is leaving behind...You, me, all of us deserve better...None of us deserve to be second best...We deserve to be first and foremost.

Funny, the only time there was panic in the ranks was when I dropped off the face of the planet. THEN the phone calls started. I do think you're right. You've done it and it worked. I did it and it worked. So here we go again.

As I read about this board and see what wonderful people are here, it makes me stop and think what fools the spouses are...I know there aren't any perfect marriages however not a one of these spouses went to their significant other with their problems...They just seemed to wake up one morning and bam life as we knew it ceased to exist...
Thank you for asking - The boys are doing ok...I am trying so hard to be all I need to be for them right now and that is why I am not facing much...I can only let a small amount out at a time otherwise I am afraid it will overtake me and I will break...
