well I know I started this but since I lost my job I also lost access to the company Gym.... BUT.......
since I have not been sitting around a desk all day and have been out spliting wood and working around the house I have Lost weight.....
W,son and I went to Alcatraz Island last Wensday and I walked all over that place. We had to sit down and let W rest.. I need to talk wife (nicely) into going back to her gym. she is SOOOO unhappy about her weight.
