Ken! While I was driving to my consulting room this morning it struck me that you have been silent for a very long time. I decided to e-mail you and ask whether you have emigrated to another planet, whether Mother Earth has swallowed you or whether you have decided to smash your computer out of anger or frustration. But you forestalled me by sending this e-mail. Now I know that you are still a citizen of Planet Earth, that you have not been swallowed alive and that your computer is still in working order.
