Something hit the fan... a flurry of about 15 motions, and a re-ordered Psychological Evaluation and appointed Guardian ad-litem by the Judge in the last two days.
None of the motions seem to have been filed by either attorney.
Moving forward it seems. I will just make the best argument for custody that I can.
