Well I haven't read any of Deida's books and I'm sure I didn't mention using my shaft to penetrate roses or other such nonsense.
What I wrote is stuff that most men including myself forget about or more accurately never learned about to begin with.
Self respect, self love, having goals, ambitions, being strong, being attractive, learning about women in general, being in and staying in great shape, reclaiming your masculinity.
