That reminds me Gima - I didn't ask this when you first posted it - How did you respond to the apology? What did you say?

I strikes me that you replied to the reason for her apology, but didn't respond to/acknowledge the (significant) fact that she offered you an apology(e.g., "I appreciate the apology and..."). And maybe that's why she repeated it, too. What do you think?
