Oh, I was the CLASSIC "Nice Guy." Mr. Conflict-Avoider. Pleaser. Rescuer. Co-dependent to the MAX. I get my co-dependence from my mom's family (she is a recovering alcoholic -- 30 years sober! -- and so are several in her family), and my withdraw/poutiness from my dad.

If you want to go back and read all about it, it's all here -- I used to go by "Chocolateeyes":

Read All About It

I discovered the affair in May 2007, and she ended it in August 2007, if you want to skip/look to the posts in that date range.

Gotta run and take S12 to basketball practice -- ttyl!

Jman...

You are losing your focus and your shift is changing. Be very careful that that is what you want to do.

Sg,

I am going to wait on this...I have thought it out and I don't believe at this point it will be beneficial to bring this up..I need to keep doing my own thing and let the boat sail..I just get these thoughts in my head bc it feels like I want to hurt her like I am hurting so that is where this comes in is all..

Yes. It is effective. Puppy is a good person to give you advice on this.
