Seems to support the premise of this thread! Interesting how they talk about Sanford being delusional, narcissistic, acting like a drug addict regarding OW...gee, have any of us heard anything like this before??!

And yeah, I thought the same thing about Mel Gibson. And his OW is, what, 20 years younger than he is, and didn't they announce that OW was pregnant a couple of weeks after Mel's W filed for D?

My H is a cradle Catholic. He felt strongly that he was meant to be a "bridge" between Catholic and Protestant, what with our religously mixed M (I'm a dedicated Protestant) giving him a lot of opportunities to interact with both. He was in Catholic music ministry for 10 years after we got M--every Saturday night for a decade he was playing his guitar for Mass, in addition to rehearsals--then his mother got Alzheimer's and he started having issues with God, so he went from being a faithful Catholic Christian, both in public and in private, to being an obligatory-Christmas-and-Easter church attender...not to mention the broken commandments and vows and total change in attitude about the permanence of M. Gotta wonder what happened there. It's easier to believe that some sort of MLC aliens took over his brain than that this is the real person who was hidden behind the "nice guy" mask for the first fifteen years I knew him. <sigh>
