You're still focusing way too much on him. I know you know that. Well you said he doesn't call you back, so just leave it there. If he does call you back, I wouldn't answer it.
I'm glad to see it sounds like you are doing better! You have therapy next week too right, so that should be good too. Good on ranting here instead of to your H. I used to do that all the time too, and come to think of it I still do. Helps to deal with the anger and frustration and stress.
I love your goal lists! I do that too! I don't think I've ever completed one in a day though, I make them too big! You don't say, but I do think you should add in some fun goals for you too, like see a movie or read a fun or funny book, exercise can be fun and good too, A coffee at a coffee shop, some time with friends, just anything you would enjoy.
