The hate she displays towards me is still shocking in its intensity, although she is using custody as a weapon primarily through being difficult and less overtly since February/March.
D1 was doing well this morning. She was looking out the window when I drove up to the daycare, and she started grinning when I walked past. She was still looking for me out the window when I came up behind her to surprise her.
She got me to hold her and rested her head on my shoulder for a bit. I had to leave twice, the first time I came back because she started crying and chasing me out the door. The second time I slipped out after she got interested in a toy.
No word from my attorney in response to my email. Likewise - no continuance has been filed.
