Finally trying to move on without H

you are absolutely right about showing him. BUT i dont see him or talk to him. he refuses to and besides, he flew all the way back home to ireland to get away from me. i must be pretty horrible if he has to cross an ocean to get away from me!!so the only form of communication is email and if i dont email him, he doesnt contact me (he denies that). but either way, youre right, i need to just live them and change for me and not try to tell people (him) im changing and just do it for my own well being.

but i do need to stop being needy and clingy. but isnt that normal for when your H just walks out on you? the neediness and clinginess is to try and understand why he did what he did, to try to get some answers. but thats not the way to go about it, i know.

and its gonna take a long time to become happy again, but ill get there. with or without him, like i said, i love myself and i deserve it! everyone deserves to be happy, even people who walk out on their spouses hehe
