Well, good news & bad today. The good is the OT/speech place said if we schedule her appts. back-to-back on the same day like we did today-the copay is only $25 a week instead of $50. So I'm like yeah let's keep doing that!

Bad news is: I don't have a cell this next week (or ever probably). I signed up for a company that rhymes with "allsmell" and signed a contract for $60 a month. Well, my bill came in last month and was $120. I went in and the guy told me it was b/c the day I signed up (the 13th maybe???) I had to pay 2 months for the one month, but told me this month's bill will be $70 and I said good, b/c I literally don't have $120 a month for a cell phone. So I get the bill today and it's $120 again!!! The same guy looked it up and said it was for taxes (I have no texting, or anything, but $5 or $10 for the monthly insurance.) So I gave them the phone and said give it to someone that can use it. Seriously, it barely worked as you know, Kat!!!

The guy says I have to pay $200 to get out of the contract. Um, didn't they break the contract by charging me $120 each month for a $60 plan? I was thinking I have to pay the $120 again this month, but do I really have to pay an additional $200 to get out of the contract? I mean I know it will hurt my credit, but since I'm going through B and Foreclosure in the next months, that's obviously not a big concern. blush

And I'm going to get a landline next week which I know from before is $30 a month here. And I won't have to deal with the cell phone company either! Karen
