D1 was doing well this morning. She was sitting in her high chair when I arrived, and started waving her arms and reaching for me to pick her up. We played for a few minutes and I got her interested in some toys before leaving so she wouldn't cry.

I have heard zero response from my attorney, and my W's attorney has not attempted to file any continuance motion. I imagine I won't have to say much else and she will miraculously decide not to attempt a continuance.
