(I'm speaking from my own POV of course; when school starts again I will have my kids 64.29% of the time; I have no time, money or patience to experiment with or impress some self-seeking date; a really good woman for me will not be posted on match.com or craigslist or anything like that I'm afraid).
Maria, sorry for the hijack....I seem to get stuck on some of what FB2 is saying here. FB2, what you decide to do with your time and or the other 35.71% of it is of course yours to decide. You would be surprised at the amount of quality woman out there...I sure was. I figured if I can do my banking on the internet, why not try dating. As far as I am concerned, it is worth a shot. But that is my POV.....D8 is my #1 priority (I have nothing but the outmost respect fro folks who put their children first) but again for me, it was important to move on and seek female companionship in order to turn the page. I did not rush into it as I was celibate for 9 -12 months....can't remember exactly. Another thing you said regarding impressing people caught my eye; personally, I do not try to impress anybody. I just try being myself (on a date or anywhere else for that matter)....if someone is impressed ,great. Finally, where would you find a "really good woman" FB2, I am curious and i am sure a few other males on here are as well.
