I'm not the average client and I believe my attorney knows that but keeps forgetting.
The elements of my case are proven, i.e. Adultery fault ground. The only thing missing is the completion of the psychological evaluation.
W has taken every bit of rope she has been given. Going to trial only helps me at this point. It is not my fault that her attorney has been delaying the process and refusing (willfully) to complete the Judge's court order.
