my mother is beyond depressed and she takes everyting out on me, telling me things like you're ugly, you're fat, you're not smart enough, you look ugly in that, why cant you be more like you cousins, if youre so sad about your husband leaving, why dont you just kill yourself. that is what i have to put up with EVERY SINGLE DAY of my life.
I had someone close to me in my family saying similar things to me. You do not have to put up with that anymore. Forget the H, you've got to make this stop ASAP even if it means no contact with your mother. That R will perpetually pour salt on your wounds if you don't handle it.
