And this, this is just more of the same rudeness, in my opinion. I think most Newcomers would say that they find it HELPFUL for more experienced folks to give them advice, including how to avoid making some of the same mistakes we all made, don't you?

Agreed, it is very important for experienced DBers to come to newcomers to support them. It is not good for a DBer who has been around for 4 years to still be posting their threads here.
