These are great! Awesome start! Goals that are effective are SMART. S - specific M - measurable A - attainable R - realistic T - tangible
You can google SMART goals to get full descriptions. But be specific, what are you going to do tomorrow to get out of your PJs? At what time are you going to be up, showered, dressed, and onto your first cup of coffee? If that's all you can manage tomorrow, you will still have reached a goal, and you will still have felt as though you accomplished something. But, once you're dressed, then what? Laundry? A trip to the market to get your favorite ingredients for dinner? A walk? The gym? Cleaning out the bunny's cage?
Keep going! You'll get there.
