We had some horrible storms today--to match my mood. Mediation was a colossal waste of time, even more than I thought it would be.
H wants the kids to attend public school full time even though his own expert said they should only be going one or 2 hours and S15 would have a difficult time even doing that. He wants temp. alimony rather than permanent. Won't help to pay on the copayments for medical and dental and therapies. Also wants custody of the kids Monday through Friday with me having them on weekends!!!!
Although the mediator said she was impartial in the start, she said what H proposes is very reasonable and a judge may order him to have custody and them in public school as our expenses are double now with the 2 households. I'd hate to see a mediator if they were partial!!!
My L is going to hold an emergency hearing to help order that he help pay the copayments, I literally don't have the money to at this point, and I'm hoping they will order him to pay at least half. I've been paying all of them for 6 months now and just can't do it anymore.
