Alex, I am sorry she seems determined. Very rarely people just follow thru, I've only seen it once-twice here of all the stories I followed during my time on the boards. Maybe she means it, maybe she is up for a surprise herself. Either way, your choices should be the same. Stay strong. My kids have been thru this, I now it sucks. They are not 100% OK now but they are much better than I thought they would be. They will be watching to gain strength and direction from you. That is now your goal.
