WAW/Affair Exposed - Advice? #3

I picked up D1 this morning. MIL met me at the door, D1 was excited to see me. I went inside for a few minutes. W looked a bit subdued and didn't really speak much. MIL and I chatted about S7/S8 and she told me her mother was in the hospital. I asked how she was, etc. and I'm almost convinced that W hasn't told her mother anything about the psychological evaluation, because it hasn't come up at all.

I took D1 to the mall, to a bookstore, and then to visit some family I have in the area. She had a fun time, and fell asleep on the way back.

W/MIL arrived at the usual time. W reached out her arms for D1 - but D1 buried her head in my shoulder and held me tighter. Eventually W just pulled her away. That seems sort of odd for a baby not to want to go back to its mother immediately... but then again I have been spending a lot of time with her in the mornings, etc. so dunno. Could be the BPD stuff or an unpleasant environment at MIL's home... seems like OM was next door all day, and MIL made W go with her places instead of getting to see OM so that may have explained her foul mood.

In any event... I expect W to skip the deposition date. I then want my L to hold steady for the trial date. I think I have the potential for things to end right now. I imagine the judge won't be pleased with 3 court orders violated at that point.
