How do you get rid of anxiety?

Nothing has changed in our situation. H remains friendly, even a tad bit more so... But for the past week, I feel engulfed by anxiety.

After last nights dizziness at the soccer game, I'm concerned. I don't want to make an issue of it, though...

Maybe I need to learn how to put this all out of my head.
