Marc is gone to his dad's for the weekend....*sigh*. I hate it when he's gone, but I know he loves his dad and I want them to stay as close as possible so I'll just deal with my emotion over it. I did ask him to please call me and check in a couple of times over the weekend. He never hears his phone if I call him or text him so I'm going to hope he remembers. The sound of his voice for a couple of minutes is all I need to be perfectly content. We'll see.

I'm always dropping the ball on some part of my life that is up in the air. Of course, there is no part that isn't. Settled? HA! I don't even know what that is anymore. I used to be so settled, predictable, calm, rational....no more! Now I'm the crazy girl that is willing to be up all night with friends helping with some project or another and working two jobs the next day while keeping my family fed, clothed, housed, entertained, etc.. All the while making sure that I have fun for myself whenever possible. Work hard, play harder.
