Why are you insisting on getting clarity? Why??? The only clarity you will get is that she is more interested in hanging out with a 55 yr old than you. If you want to push her to make a final decision right now, she will reaffirm that she is not interested in being married to you. Why now Kevin? Just when you were starting to get on a positive track?
I was just trying to get him to tell his story so people could help him.

I get it, I just think it is clear that if you make getting that answer the MOST important item on your list, you are going to get an answer you don't like. She'll tell you if and when she's ready.
PLUS, you don't even know if she'd tell you the "truth."
Don't send that e-mail. At the very least, it's pursuing. Once again, it's all about YOUR feelings, YOUR neediness, YOUR issues. She is not interested in you, except as the father of her children.
