Hey VOR!!! I just now realized you had started a thread.

It does sound more like Kim is having separation anxiety, than just being totally batchittcrazy. If she won't give in on this then you're just going to have to deny her the next time she asks for any flexibility at all. Make her stick to the 'letter' of the D agreement.
