I've been avoiding posting because I didn't like to hear what Sam and Mike were in agreement about (re: changes now possibly being forced on H, and coming across as pushy... you need to just let things be...)
However, I've thought about it, and I happen to agree.
Let's just let this man lead for awhile.
We are on the cusp of some major decision making. I'll let him take the reigns, and just offer input and/or follow-up action upon request.
(I'LL HAVE TO SIT ON MY HANDS, PUT DUCT TAPE OVER MY MOUTH, AND BLIND MYSELF, but I'll do it.)
I trust you guys. After all, you're guys, and you've stuck with me in learning more about the situation, etc... So, I'll heed your advice.

(As I was typing this, H called to tell me when he'd be home tonight. He asked what I had planned for dinner. AND, MB said, "I'm open to suggestions. What would YOU like?"? Usually I just handle it, and he eats anything so it's all fine.)
