I've just been reading through your sitch and I just had to say that I am so very sorry you are going through this and that you and your kids are in my thoughts and prayers.
The things your STBXW is doing......I have no words......does mental illness run in her family? Barring some mitigating circumstance like that, I have no idea how someone could rationalize behavior like hers!!
Take care, and listen to 25yearsMLC and protect yourself! Even if you like your L, perhaps this is just not her "area of expertise"...... If you are not absolutely comfortable with what he/she is doing on your behalf, you owe it to yourself and your kids to look at other L's to see if there is a better fit...... Just a suggestion.
