Thanks 25. Yes....I am scared to death that this is what she is now going to do to me. Since CPS is now involved, my daughter has changed. S8 has not.

I am not sure how much I can post now...with regards to time and pain but I BELIEVE that STBXW will accuse me falsely. Fortunately, CPS became involved based on MY request for an order of protection against her. I find it amazing that 2 days after CPS interviews us that D6 becomes cold, angry and avoidant of me. I wouldn't put it past STBXW coaching her.

I thought I had a good interview ...but who knows. The LG thought my STBXW was stellar and ignored my comments. My L seems unconcerned right now and thought that CPS' involvement was a positive because of STBXW's behavior.

I can't sleep and my appetite is down. This is hell and all ramped up from her since the appraisal came out. I hope CPS sees the truth here.

I apologize to those I support that I haven't the time to help them.
