Make sure that they know her psychological/personality problems existed PRE pregnancy. You don't want them using them as a reason to terminate the pregnancy....and mother's mental health can be one reason. They may not want to medicate her....in fact are unlikely to, until the baby is born.
Do you think after OM has told her that he couldn't live with her killing the baby she may now....in her warped mind.....try and convince him to accept her and the baby?
