Carlos, my brother, I am doing much better. Life is getting better slowly and while there are still some small hurdles to clear daily, I'm feeling more in control of my life and each day I'm getting better used to being me. They are good feelings to have.
As for Father's Day, ladies, it was nice. I spent the day w/D and we slept in, then went to a late breakfast and came home and hung out so I could watch the US Open. After that, we went for ice cream, then for a round of mini-golf. D had never been mini-golfing before and she really had a great time. I think we'll be doing more of that in the near future.
