(((((Mishka))))) The kids had fun! Of course dad had fun! It was hot, and I was ready to go when we left. But there was a lot of "scenery" to look at. I'm thinking that the way they are dressed, they have to know people are looking, right?
Oh, I met another woman yesterday when I got back from Phoenix. As I thought, she is quite pleasant, and I think we may be friends. But I don't think there's anything else happening there. I tried to imagine it, and I just couldn't. Does that make me shallow?
Not shallow, not at all. You know how it is...there are sparks or there aren't. They can't be forced and our minds and bodies have chemical reactions to each other. You'll know it when you find it. New friends are always welcome though, right?
They are absolutely wanting you to look if they dress in next to nothing!!!!! Of course, any clothing at all in Phoenix in the summer is brutal!

I agree about the spark. Sometimes it surprises you when it develops from a friendship. But a lot of the time, most of the time, it is the spark that gets your attention in the first place...don't sell yourself short. You just got back in the game, no hurry right??
I know, if you don't feel it, you don't feel it! I knew going in she wasn't my "type" whatever that means. She is a very nice person. But physically, I'm just not at all attracted. It was still a really nice meeting. And I learned about a nice place to eat that I didn't know about.
I've been emailing another woman, by her picture I think there may be some attraction. She's asked some really good questions, and I've been answering them honestly, and, as it turns out, correctly. I'm going to meet her for dinner Wednesday. She's the first one I'm meeting that I actually think I will want to meet again. She was initially spooked by my separated status. I explained everything, completely openly, and she decided to learn more about me.
If there's one thing I've learned it's that I'm going to communicate better than I ever did before. There are not going to be surprises. It's the only fair thing for both of us.

BobbiJo, you are right, I'm not in a hurry! It is nice to get the feeling that there are women that think I might be interesting. Other than you guys, of course!
