Trying to detach from the madness!

I feel really relieved today. I spoke with my attorney this morning about what I should be doing to prepare myself for when/if exh takes me back to court.

He said the court guidlelines say no overnights until she is at least 3 or 4...that is with a stable dad. If he was stable he could maybe get a few hours alone with her here and there but since he is far from stable we will keep visits supervised. My log will come in handy. We are going to ask for no unsupervised visits until he completes a recovery program and has one year sobriety. He felt the DUI was good as well as the no shows.

I was happy to hear this news but yet nothing is guaranteed.
