Man, I had a great day today. We had a blast. It was my grandfather's 90th B-day too. He still works in the yard(which btw looks like a golf green. lol), Still drives, and still cooks the family meals. He rocks!
The kids and I went for a raft ride, went fishing, swimming, and played out in the yard. It was great. Could ask for a better day.
No matter if stepmoms or stepdads are brought into the picture, kids know who their true parents are. No one will ever take the place of you being their dad.
