Trying to detach from the madness!

So sorry you're hurting it just life...You still care you have a child together and right now she has no father, hopefully that will change. I do think you're doing great by not just allowing him to come over whenever is good for him...Keep detaching and it will get easier...or so I've heard .

Yeah, I have heard that too! Haven't seen the easier part yet. I wish there was a way to truly go NC, but obviously not possible. Its the constant being on your guard, thinking of responses to the madness, and finding the new lies. Makes detaching tough.
