This morning received a text from W "Happy Father's Day!" and I replied "Thank you". I thought that was very nice of her. Now, the kids and I are getting ready to go to church then to my parents for a BBQ. Everyone have a nice Father's Day and enjoy your kids.
Today, was a very good day. The kids and I went to church then came home and got ready to head over to my parents. Spent the afternoon there and enjoyed family, good food and desserts. The kids surprised me with a gift - Betty Crocker's Best of Baking cookbook! I'm going to try "Oatmeal Brownies"
Watched the Sox game and relaxed. Came home and S15 went out with his friends & S13 has a buddy over. I went on a long walk and when I got home W texted me: "Did you have a nice day today?" I replied "Very nice and the kids surprised me with the cookbook, thanks for asking" Then we exchanged a few more about the book and how great the kids are....boy do I miss her
Well, time to get baking....

work very crazy today but we did get everything working (long story computer issues last night). Today walked in the heat then went to S13's baseball game. They lost but S13 had a walk and his first stolen base of the season!! He did have a lot of fun.
Today work was much better, had some good meetings and was able to work on my projects after we got the servers back up and running.
After work got the oil changed in my car, came home and helped S13 with his paper route since it was so hot/humid out. Then went to dinner with my mom and SIL (W feed the kids at home), we had a lot of fun talking and laughing. I think it really helped my mom to relieve some stress from my sitch.
My W's birthday is Friday, don't know what her plans are but I'm going to my group support meeting. I created a web site for this group and we are planning to do activities during the summer, with our kids and just adults, should be fun as we gain momentum and more people to join
continue to read the Bible - trying to stay on track to finish it in 90 days and also started the 100pushups training this week.
Talked with W a couple of times today about the kids today and it was pleasant as usual. I just try to be pleasant not over friendly and don't reach out or expect anything from her.
Went to IC today (go about every 3-4 weeks now) and had a great session. Told him about my kids and baseball and how I'm continuing to read the Bible and staying on track to finish it in 90 days and also started the 100pushups training this week. told him about my new cookbook and what I have made already. He is very impressed with the progress I have made this past 6 months. We did discuss W and anything I could think of that was different a year ago or even 6-7 months ago. I go back in about a month. Came home and S15, his girlfriend, S13 and W were all at the house. They already ate dinner so I made myself something to eat and then talked with them about their plans for tonight. S15/girlfriend were going to a party (W drove them with some other kids) S13 staying in cause its still hot out and I went on a walk. I did hug and wish W a happy birthday as I told her I would not be around tomorrow as I had plans after work. Now, I'm checking emails from work as we are updating another machine, we have 3 more to go
Also, will start baking for tomorrow's group meeting and doing laundry.

Well, I made it through the day and hardly thought about my W and her birthday.
Work was busy as usual, which I like as the day goes by. Had a really good status update meeting with my manager and with all the extra hours I have been putting in at night and the fact I'll be working over the 4th of July weekend, he told me to pick a couple of days in July to take off without using vacation time
Went to my groups session tonight, topic was "anger", we watch a short film "We Were One" and then had a lively discussion. Then we started discussing other topics and eventually someone asked me to open the cookie container I brought. I baked Oatmeal cocoa cookies and they loved them! I'm so happy and thankful to the Lord I found this group and its been very beneficial.
Tomorrow, S15 is playing in a wood bat tournament and they have 2 games tomorrow and 1 game on Sunday. Should be interesting since they mostly use aluminum bats...

S15's team won both games to day (2-0 & 4-1), he played center field in second game and had a walk and lined out. We just finished dinner and are relaxing and watching the Cubs-Sox game.
Just got off phone with W, she was complaining about how much she has to work now. I just listened as she went on and on about all the hours she is working. She may come to S15's game tomorrow, she has not been to a game since May 2 (she either has been working or just not showing up)

Sox win again and so did S15's team, he pitched 3 innings and gave up 1 run and they won 5-1 and came in first for the tournament.
Afterwards, came home and picked up S13 and I took him, S15 & his girlfriend out for steaks We had a lot of fun eating and talking. Came home then called a friend to go on a walk and we both got to vent and now working on the little league web site which I'm the volunteer "webmaster".
Taking a vacation day tomorrow to watch S15 double header.
