Hey Aj, I dont post to newcomers much. Because I am afraid I can be bad influence. When people get here, are scared and get easily influenced by the stories they read and some times project other's outcome to their sitch. So, I try to be quiet most of the time. But you strike me as a person that can judge and use only what is good for you. In the middle of the mess you always keep your cool and use your brain. I admire you for that. (I always read)
At this point, my advice is: consistency. Your actions and words need to be consistent. Make your R a safe place for her to return to. You will do fine.
Stop worrying. Just STOP. Trust things will turn out how they should and with THAT attitude things will change. This is not the end of you. It is the beginning. K
