Soooooooooo...

Had a decent weekend. Only ONE soccer game! Wahooo! The season's wrapping up, done in a few weeks, and then they get a break until the next club season starts... only four weeks later! Some break!

H and I took all three of the kids to one of D18's grad parties Saturday night. Great party! We all had fun. Couldn't stay late, though, we had to get up early to get ready for D18's party yesterday.

Her party was awesome. We had about 100 "friends and family" during the late afternoon. We grilled on the boathouse, had the rest catered, played volleyball, (redneck horseshoes?), etc... THEN, D18's friends arrived (about 9 or 10), about 50 of them! They were a blast. They had a bonfire, played ping pong and pool. Only had to "bust" a few.

Had to show a select few (3 of our closest friends kids w/their Mom's there) that a Mom can still be fun. MB (Mom of Mom's) did a keg stand! LOLOLOL Can I just say? That was awful, but I lasted 24 seconds! Mr. MB did one, too, and he doesn't even drink beer!

We had about 15 of them overnight...

Everyone had a blast. Our family had so much fun. H almost felt like he was coming out of the fog last night and this am and today, as well.

Weird though... he won't commit to putting our pier in, and getting the boat out yet. May be waiting until soccer is over. It used to be one of his favorite activites.
