She is proving that every day... 32 days/38 minutes until trial. She hasn't completed anything as of yet needed for trial - including the court-ordered psychological evaluation.

If we don't have a deposition date set by next Monday, I've called it right and she isn't going to show up for anything. Then it is default time I hope.

I actually have zero evidence she has participated at all since I shocked them at the first hearing in March with my mountain of building evidence.

D1 was doing well this morning. She had her hair in pigtails sticking straight up on top of her head. Looked cute. She was in the middle of pitching a fit over a toy or something until she saw me, then she broke out in a huge grin and came walking to me for me to hold her. I held her for 15 minutes or so, then was able to sneak out while she was looking out the window.
