Oldtimers: IS Mlcer good parent after crises?

its hopeful to believe xh will oneday become a better father
i remember all our M before criseshow important this was to him

I hope X is really moving because all he seems to me is worse
worse than ever before in the crises
He is distant( I also have a really hard time connecting with him at all
everything is business between us now)
I feel he is always lying..nothing he says can be believed aT this point
How can the OW live with such an insane man
one who lies constantly..im sure he is not honest with her

so im still working on my GOALs for the month
ask XH for nothing
expect nothing
practice being happy with my life and my reality
